Mr. Alex Vassos is the BoD Vice President & Partner at Diadikasia Business Consulting S.A. one of the leading advisory firms in SE Europe. He has more than 23 years of professional experience in 3 continents. Previously he was a Senior Manager at Halliburton Inc based out of London and Houston.

As the Senior Partner of the Financial Advisory Services division he has led advisory projects involving Corporate Debt Sustainability Assessment and Restructuring for a total of €10,5bn of debt exposures and more than 850 companies. He has managed 4 Secured SME/SB/Corporate Portfolio Buy-Side Underwriting support projects for total nominal exposures in excess of €6bn. In addition, he has led numerous debt/equity raising and M&A advisory projects. He has overseen Asset Quality Review support services for Greek Banks and has managed a significant number of projects involving EIB and EIF financing.
